Soto Papaya Muda (Green Papaya Soup)
House made vegan stock infused with galangal, turmeric and lemongrass, green papaya, mild red chile, fresh basil, crispy shallot
Served with: Krupuk Ikan (Fish Crackers)
Beef, carrot, potato and green beans slow cooked in a thick gravy spiced with mild red chile, tamarind, ginger, galangal, cinnamon, clove and star anise
Kari Nanas (Pineapple Curry)
Pineapple, tofu, sweet potato, and green bean stewed in a creamy curry of coconut milk, clove, cumin, cardamom, coriander and cinnamon
Nasi Kuning (Yellow Rice)
Jasmine rice infused with coconut milk, turmeric, lemongrass, ginger and lime leaf
Atjar Tjampoer (Sweet & Sour Coleslaw)
Green and red cabbage, carrot, bean sprout, cucumber and red pepper in a sweet vinegar
Bapak's Sambal Oelek
Petojo's signature spicy chile condiment made with onions, brown sugar, vinegar and fish sauce
Pisang Goreng (Fried Banana)
Deep friend banana served with pandan coconut ice cream and spiced palm sugar syrup
